1. Overview

Rai Scaling provides a monthly SaaS subscription that includes website hosting, CRM access, automation workflows, onboarding, and human-assisted setup services.

All payments are securely processed by Paddle.com on our behalf.

We stand behind our service and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers, subject to the terms below.


2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a refund within 30 calendar days of your initial subscription purchase.

To be eligible:

Your request must be submitted in writing to [email protected]

The request must be made within 30 days of the original payment date

You must provide a brief explanation for your request

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.


3. Scope of Refund

Refunds apply only to:

The first monthly subscription payment

The base subscription fee

Refunds do not apply to subsequent renewal payments after the initial 30-day period.


4. Non-Refundable Items

The following charges are non-refundable:

SMS or calling usage credits

Telecommunication usage fees

Domain purchases or transfers

Third-party service fees

Advertising spend

Custom work or optional add-on services

Subscription renewals after the initial 30-day period

Usage-based charges are billed separately and are not eligible for refund once incurred.


5. Setup & Service Delivery

Rai Scaling includes onboarding and human-assisted setup, which may take up to 14 days from the date of purchase.

The 30-day refund window begins on the date of initial payment, not upon completion of setup.

Access to features may be granted progressively during the onboarding period.


6. Subscription & Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

Accessing your account dashboard (if available), or

Submitting a written request to [email protected]

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not retroactively refund charges outside the 30-day guarantee period.


7. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us directly at [email protected] to resolve any billing concerns.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without prior written communication:

Access to the platform may be suspended immediately

We reserve the right to provide Paddle with documentation of onboarding communications, account activity, and service delivery records

Submitting a written refund request before initiating a dispute allows us to resolve concerns efficiently and avoid unnecessary processing delays.


8. Abuse & Fair Use

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases involving:

Fraudulent activity

Excessive platform usage prior to refund request

Violation of our Terms of Service

Repeated subscription and cancellation patterns


9. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider and financial institution.
